Registrations OPEN for Hennessy Best Dressed Lady
Fancy a €7,000 voucher to spend on excuisite designer clothing from the Design Centre, Powerscourt - such as the head-turning looks featured above? yes, the prizes are amazing, the experience is so much fun and it's simply THE perfect excuse to get all dressed up, go all out and really enjoy yourself in the process. It's the Hennessy Gold Cup of course, which takes place in Leopardstown Racecourse on the 12th of February and we are talking specifically about the, now infamous, Hennessy Best Dressed Lady Competition, which takes place on the day, in association with the Design Centre.
This year, the fashion stakes have been raised and with renowned international fashion commentator Godfrey Deeny (whom we interviewed here on site before Christmas and is pictured below with two models) Hundreds of Ireland’s most stylish ladies will hope to make an impact on this year’s judges, renowned international fashion commentator Godfrey Deeny, Ashling Kilduff, owner of the Design Centre, Powerscourt Towncentre and Caroline Sleiman from Moët Hennessy.
Entrants should dress to impress on the day to be in with a chance of being named the Hennessy Best Dressed Lady 2012 in association with Design Centre.
PRIZES: On the day, the winner of the Hennessy Best Dressed Lady will be presented with a €7,000 Design Centre voucher to spend on the fabulous selection of exquisite designer clothes that Design Centre, situated in the Powerscourt Townhouse Centre, has to offer.
Contestants are encouraged to enter the competition by registering online at www.hennessybestdressed.ie before Friday, 27th January 2012 or by presenting themselves at the registration desk in the Hennessy Best Dressed marquee on race day.
All contestants will receive a Hennessy cocktail and meet the stylists from Design Centre. The pampering will continue with style experts from Dylan Bradshaw offering the ladies hair and make-up tips as well as touch ups, if desired.
Hennessy, which is ranked as Ireland’s leading Cognac, has always been a major supporter of racing in Ireland. This year’s race marks the 22nd running of the Hennessy Gold Cup at Leopardstown and the 6th year of the highly successful Hennessy Best Dressed Lady in association with Design Centre. Caroline Sleiman, Market Development Manager for Hennessy says: “It’s fantastic to have Godfrey on board to judge the Hennessy Best Dressed competition.
