Well if you are a fashion and beauty junkie you will be thrilled to know that 'The Masters are back' Yes, it's the return of the fashion and beauty masters to Brown Thomas for another series of workshops, events, launches and much more! Discover the latest fashion trends, perfect your beauty skills and enhance your knowledge this season by experiencing hundreds of exclusive events at The Masters of Fashion & Beauty event, taking place in all Brown Thomas stores through until Sunday, 24th April.
With Style Fix Thursdays and Fridays, Style Platform Saturday’s and a series of workshops from celebrated stylists, international designers and acclaimed make-up artists, customers can learn from the Masters and step out in style this Spring. Style Platforms will offer customers the chance to learn how to wear the latest trends from top fashion industry and brand experts while Style Fixes will give working women the opportunity to find out fashion tips and style savvy solutions for every occasion.
The Masters of Fashion & Beauty at Brown Thomas will feature Ireland’s finest fashion advisers including the top Stylists and TV Presenters Angela Scanlon, Cathy O’Connor,
Celia Holman Lee, Marietta Doran, Sonya Lennon and Triona Mc Carthy who will be demonstrating “How To” workshops and Spring Summer 2011 trend presentations. In addition Melanie Morris, Editor of multi award winning Image Magazine will showcase the key trends of the season in the Cork store.Celebrated fashion designers Anya Hindmarch (left) and Zoe Jordan of Irwin & Jordan, will be visiting Brown Thomas Dublin to showcase their exciting new collections. Style experts from fashion favourites Bastyan, Day Birger, Armani, Max Mara, Michael Kors and DKNY to name but a few, will be hosting exclusive Style workshops in the stores. Fashion devotees will be thrilled with the arrival of new boutiques by celebrity favourites Christian Louboutin in February and Marc by Marc Jacobs in April, alongside an impressive new selection of the most exclusive and desirable fashion labels including Maison Martin Margiela, Opening Ceremony, Project D, Valentino Red and new to the Shoe Room’s this season are Rupert Sanderson and Brian Atwood.
Phew! If that all wasn’t enough, there will be specialist Lingerie fitters to hand, discussing the importance of getting expertly fitted and offering a complimentary fitting service.
Customers are also invited to join the Masters of Beauty to learn how to perfect and adapt their beauty routines for Spring and Summer. Top make-up artists and experts including the internationally acclaimed John Hernandez of Bobbi Brown will be offering top-tips on new make-up trends and advice on how to achieve this season’s looks. Complimentary skincare consultations will be offered at the Cosmetics Hall counters who will also showcase new and exclusive products from Crème de la Mer, La Prarie and Sisley ensuring your skin is hydrated and protected throughout the changing months ahead. The most beautiful and luxurious beauty products from Chanel, Christian Dior, Clarins, Clinique, Estee Lauder, Giorgio Armani, Laura Mercier, MAC, Nars will be launched exclusively throughout the stores during the month of February, March and April.
Male customers are not being left out, with a series of Gentleman’s Masterclasses with fashion work shops hosted by stylists including TV presenter and fashion columnist, Darren Kennedy and Jeff Thompson and guest appearances by Master Tailors and Denim Experts.
